Friends

We all are passing thru challenging times. New definitions and words have become buzz words these days. Recession, Depression, Global meltdown, slow down etc. etc. are being used in most of the conversations. Surprisingly every one also agrees that the boom was excessive and they know it is going to happen. No one agrees it is unexpected.

This is the real test for all of us and once the test is over, those who would survive this will grow faster and those who do not learn the lesson would have to go through one more recession. In my view the recesion period is just like an annual examination which is must for elevation to next class. If you pass, it is great , if not then again cyclical recession would be there soon . We learn, grow, earn, build teams, net workings, relationship during boom time. It is always fun to have all in that time and then the cycle comes to the recession and every thing is put to test. All business principles, friends, teams, relationships have to pass thru this test.

The result teaches many lessons and helps in correcting ourself and move further. This is the time when you again prepare your self to enjoy the coming boom time.

My point to share with you is that recession is must for our consolidation and growth and we shall accept it as part of the business cycle. It is like bitter medicine needed for a sick body after lot of enjoyment, parties and fun.

And once this cycle is over, we will gain get chance of enjoying boom time. So enjoy and cheer up. This time is not going to come soon.

Price of Failure: Much Higher than the cost of Success

Friends
Whenever we pass through the market of a city, we notice lot many people sitting on roadside waiting for job. To be specific there are points in every city where the daily wage earners gather in flocks and as soon as some one come to offer work they surround him and hardly one or two of them gets job and the rest wait for another such customer. It happens every day in every city of our country. Almost 60% get job and the rest go back to their homes after finishing their tiffins or may be with tiffin still filled up. Their spouse prepare the tiffin in early morning so they reach to the point in time and then try for the job. I believe out of 30 days, they get job only for 18-20 days.
Similarly, whenever we pass through the streets of any city, lot many people sleep on road side in all weather. They dont have good clothes or household equipments. May be they struggle whole day for their bread and sleep late night. They woke up early too and never dream any thing. Their kids inherit the same or even worst situation and life goes on. It is touching more in rainy and winter season.
Also, Whenever we go to temples lot of beggers await for some donation. They use every trick of earnign money but rarely are able to earn comfortable bread for them and family. These days we can find such people outside the restaurants, theaters, shopping mall and railway stations.
My point to discuss is what price they are paying for failure? Isnt it the price of failure which not only they paying but also forcing their kids and future generations too? Isnt this price too much as compared to the price of success which is only some efforts on the part of education, some days of poverty or may be some days of avoiding bad habits?
In my view the price of failure is much higher as compared to the cost of success. However initially cost of success looks much higher than the price of failure. Sometimes we give more preference to the social obligations then the study of kids or give excess love so the kids avoid study. The ultimate result: A huge price of failure.

Political System: Does it need to be changed?

Friends
The atmosphere around our country is quite uneasy. people are not comfortable with the happenings in last couple of weeks or rather in last one year. Politicians are quite smart to guage the mood of the public as they know how to tame us, and hence just doing some adjustments to show the public that they are acting for our benefit. Probably we know and understand too but our memory is not long lasting and that is what they misuse. Soon we would forget and move closer to politicians for petty individual benefits.
I strongly feel that the existing electoral system needs to be revamped as per the prevailing situation. It can be like the USA where the head of state is elected by public and not by the MPs we elect. In present system the regional parties are too strong and the whole nation dance to the tune set by them. If we are really serious to save our self, our country and ofcourse the coming generations, we need to seriously looked into this issue and urgently. Let there be open discussion on this topic. I know there would be strong resistence, particularly by those who are masters of manipulative and short sighted politics, but still it should be definitely debated.
Present political system lures towards manipulations, corruption, short sightedness and irresponsibility in politicians.

Do We Deserve Democracy?

Friends
Every Indian knows what is happening to us and what our kids are going to inherit from us as an asset. They will get the hate, regionalism, terrorism, polluted world and all. This mess is our own creation and this is the result we are facing now. It is really disgusting to even discuss this issue but what else we can do? No wrong, we cant take shelter behind these silly words, "what cant we do". This should be the slogan now for all indians.
In my view, this seems to be the result of democracy we are enjoying since last 61 years. A democracy which is totally dependent on vote bank politics, appeasement of various casts, creed and clolour. This is the Democracy which is fully supported by the politicians who always have limited vision, never care about the nation but we allow them to rule. This is the democracy which basically is run by about 10000 families of the country. Any adition into that is not possible unless one gets licence from these powerful politician families. What else we can expect friends?
We Indians in last 5000 years of civilised history, as far as I understand have never been into democracy except for the past 61 years i.e. almost 1% of the civilised period. Do we really deserve this type of system? I think we need to shelve this system for some time and let the government run by the dictators who would at least take strong steps in the direction of curbing terrorism, who would work above vote bank politics and would have strong will power to act. In present political system, every politician is busy in holding his vote share at any cost. They are since long doing this by appeasing different communities or the region. In my view it is high time that we unmask the politicians in the best interest of the country or else face the dictatorship.
Wish you agree to my comments.

To be Rich you have to Own Stapler

Dear Friends
Recently I came accross to this comment by a very legend managment cosultant. He mentioned that you are Rich or definitely going to be rich if you own stapler. As per him, even senior executives use office stapler and other stationery of very small value at home. This keeps them below the richness , and the person who owns that stapler (company promoter) is the real rich.
So if we want to become rich, we need to develop habit of owning small things even and behave like rich person. I wish we take notice of this habit.

Friends

In the present recessionary time, one of the most talking topic is how much one should save out of his total income? I have asked many friends about the level of saving one should maintain in any case to tide over all the turbulant phases. A normal person struggling for his daily bread & butter feels it is impossible to save more than 10% of the income earned whereas a person just reached to a millionaire level suggests that one should save minimum 60% of the total income. It is without doubt that the savings are the only tools to help you overcome the challenging times but do we really give good attention to savings. Often we turn our focus to income and believe it would continue for long period and hence dont save much. Rather we discount our future cash flows also by committing more EMIs and bind ourselves. In my view the level of saving depends on the income and its nature but it should be minimum 25% at any level. This can be further increased upto any level depending on the income.

Related to this is another topic most talking about in the present time is "Frugality". This also a very sensitive issue which one gets aquainted only after spending. I believe we should not tempt to costly brands, pomp & show and expenses which are really not required or sheer wastage. It does not mean that we should try to become millionaire by saving . Please be aware that no one in this world has become millionaire by saving but yes to stay millionaire saving is required. Infact we should spend freely where ever needed.

We therefore should be frugal and good saver.

Diwali festival is over now after a week long vacation. As if the time again started rolling. It was almost standstill except social get togethers or sharing gifts and sweets. I appreciate the values behind all our festivals, the stories behind them and the teachings by these festivals. The festivals give sanskars to us, remind us of our cultural values and above all provide us a chance of social get togethers. Infact we indians used to celebrate festivals for vacations too. But in present time, I fail to understand the longivity of these festivals. Because in my view we enjoy almost 150 holidays in a year of 365 days which is probably highest in the world. Being a developing nation, more vacations result into delay to become developed nations. Or in other way we are passing more responsibilities on our generations to come to work harder. Had we reduce the holidays by half, we would have been probably a developed nation by now or atleast the new generation would have born in a developed country.

Last 5 years had given us a golden chance to become a powerful developed nation, but we missed it and god knows when it would be repeated in future. We hsould seriously look into such issues and reduce the number of holidays in a year otherwise we would not be able to encash the strength of highest number young people in the world.

Diwali vacations are always fun time for every one. In Gujarat we celebrate diwali till 'Labh Pancham' so it is bit longer than any other states. Most people change locations in these 7 days and start routine life on labh pancham after muhurat.

I with family had gone to Saputara, Nasik, Trayambakeshwar and Shirdi and had great time.

"TOUGH TIME NEVER LASTS BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO"
Friends this is the quote which suits the present situation very truly. The economic slow down, recession, depression are all the names of tough time for every body. Those who have positioned themselves well would face lesser effect and those who could not, would feel the shock more. Though these are cyclical situations, we all are attached to good times so much that any change in good time creates mental trauma to all of us. In time to come the earnings would reduce and in turn savings too would be very less. The faith in most of the investment sectors would go for the time being and people would curse their investments. But life would go on, Lot many people with heavy hearts would leave the investment segments like shares, real estates, gold etc. Those who would leave , would do so by losing hard earned money and those who would remain would see their investments back into green lines in time to come. Friends this is all business which is governed by cycles and hence all the sectors are good and bad both. These cycles rotates from worst to bad to good to better and best and again reverse.
The time comes good or bad and goes too, we need to find out the hidden opportunities in this period and believe me every recession ultimately generates large number of billionnaires through out the world, new businesses and teaches lot of lessons to keep in mind for next cycle. It is like a huge wheel we see in fairs, exhibitions and game shows which takes you to top and to the bottom too.
We should use this period for fun, vacation, self retrospection to judge self, reading books, visiting temples and ofcourse to meet new people who would be these days bit relaxed and ready to meet us etc. etc. This is the time when we can relax with more free time in our hand for family and friends. This period would also make us more humble, better listner and above all strengthen positive attitude. Wish we all enjoy this tough time and last much longer as tough people.

Finally finished the book "The High Performance Entrepreneur" by Mr. Subroto Bagchi, co-founder of Mind Tree Consulting. This book is a clear road map if you have any desire to build an organisation. The book guides you thorugh various stages starting from your eligibility to start an organisation, various steps to build the organisation and various principles to keep in mind to make the organisation successful. In my view this is a wonderful book to go through in depth and learn how to prepare ourselves to build an organisation. The language is very simple and encouraging. At the same time it hits very hard wherever needed.

CAN'T DO

Friends
One more quick story to share with you.
"In a KinderGarten school based at USA, a teacher announced the kids to take a piece of paper and write what they can not do. In fact she had come with a box, put it up in a corner of the class room. She knew that kids always tell about so many thing what they do not like to do or can not do. So she thought of a great idea and hence told the kids to write every thing they can not do.
The kids followed the order and started writing so many things which they could not do like they can not do the mathematics sums, wake up early for coming to school, having break fast in the morning , drinking milk, home work to be done at home, remembering the chapters of science and history etc. etc...... Even so many kids wrote about what they don't like to do but still have to do. Then the teacher asked all the kids to fold the list and put into the box. When all the kids dropped the list into the box, the teacher told one of the kid to take the box and also that all the students should follow her. Teacher took the class to a corner of the play ground put the box on one side and then instructed some of the students to dig a pit of 2ft. deep on the ground. Once the ground was dug, she asked all the students to make a circle around the pit and then said "Kids, today you have put all the things which you can not do and there is nothing except these which you can not do. So We all putting this box in this pit and putting the Cant DO to the rest forever. From now on wards none of the students would complain of cant do because we have put to rest the list of cant do." All the kids nodded in affirmation and then the box was put into the pit and again covered with sand. A small flag was put on the covered pit mentioning that "Cant Do put to rest by the students of class ..... on dated ...."
Since then the students of her class who buried the list of cant do have nothing which is impossible. The mind of kids was washed with the thought of cant do nad filled Can do.
Friends this story encourages us to bury the list of cant do.

Dear Friends

I wish to share one story recently came across with:

"An old man basically very rich was passing through a very bad phase. It was his worst time of life and as usual no one was with him at this fag end of life. His immediate family members also left him at the mercy of god. All his properties were sold and still he was burdened with huge debt. He had lost his capacity and will to fight back and hence was witnessing auction of his properties.

In a packed room, sitting in a corner of front row, the old man was witnessing how each and every prized possessions were being auctioned at throw away price. The auctioneer was taking every item one by one and showing the people, every one was laughing, bidding and taking away the items. The old man was sitting with his neck down and virtually in tears. When almost all the items were auctioned, the auctioneer took one meticulously designed violin. The violin looked one of the high priced item. The auctioneer showed the violin with hands up to the gathering and asked what price they would like to pay. He started with $100. No one responded then asked for $75 again no one responded then he asked if any one would like to pay $50, the response was same, now he became more excited with asking price of $25. No one even took the notice. The old man was noticing the whole sequence. The auctioneer finally asked if $5 would be acceptable to any bidder? Again no response. The old man stand up on his weak legs, went to the stage gradually and asked if he would be permitted two minutes. The gathering was more in mood of entertainment and hence allowed him two minutes. He took the violin in his arms and turned the back towards the crowed. He adjusted some wires of the violin and turned towards the crowed. He started playing violin and the crowed was stunned to hear the voice of violin. He put back the violin on the table and came down. Every one gave him standing ovation but he was least concerned. Now the turn was of auctioneer, he thundered, friends what should be the bid for this marvelous violin? he started with $25, some one bid for $100 then other one $200 and soon the bidding price jumped to $1000. It ended only when some one finally bought at $5000."

The moral of the story is that with slight adjustment in a useless looking thing can make it a precious. It depends how we look at it. In our life, the attitude is violin wires which if slightly adjusted can make us highly successful and worthy person.

Globally we are testing recession, depression, low sentiments and feel like passing through a dark tunnel which is how long , no one knows. This phase is not going to continue for very long time but yes it is fact too that it will be a very tough time.
I believe it has lot of great opportunities covered with all the words mentioned above. We need to find out what are lying beneath this and have to take out. In my view this phase is going to give birth to many many new billionaires and great success to many people.
Pls share with me what in your views can be great opportunities hiding inside this present scenario.

Global financial crisis has started taking toll. One finance professional in USA committed suicide after killing his wife , sons and mother in law. A very shocking news and more because the reason cited behind this sad end is global financial crisis. I fail to understand why people take such an extreme step? What they think about the family members? ; and Is this the real reason to take such step?
When a person gets success he moves to upside the ladder and reaches beyond the boundaries, tastes the success and suddenly after 15-20 yrs after making the family nest with hard work he feels that all other except him are incapable of facing the tough time. So the moment he feels failure to face the situation, he takes the life of all the dependents and then kills himself. Such incidences happen a lot these days all over the world.
Who gave right to take the life of others? Life is a blessing by the god and I fail to understand why people spoil it in such way?

These days I am not regular in posting on blog. Just news is flashed that TATA are finally deciding to relocate Nano car plant near Ahmedabad. In my view this would be a great achievement of the Govt. of Gujarat. This would give boost to ancillary activities in the state and also much awaited new inflow of people would boost the local economy.

In present days the Governments have to act like private entrepreneur and then only growth can be expected. I would advise Mr. Modi to look into the possibility of luring entertainment industry in the state so it can further get boost.

I wish the great days ahead to the state.

Today I wish to share about the Economic situation around us. In fact this is my subject which is giving me bread butter since more than two decades. Once again the economic cycle has changed towards recession. The demand is going down and thus production would also slow down. The impact of the recession in today's globalised world is shared by every one through out the world. Only the force differs nation to nation. Stock exchanges are showing only red screens and the sentiments are not very encouraging. The heat has already affected real estate, oil, steel and so on.....
My point to raise here is what would be the ultimate consequence of this recession? Whether USA and other developed nations where unemployment has increased substantially and demand gone down would watch, wait and see ? How the poor nations would survive? The pity is that most of the poor nations are rich in resources where as rich nations have lot of nature based difficulties. I believe the situation is not going to be improved soon and if I put in very harsh words then there is going to happen some human conflicts and ultimately nation conflicts. History proves that when ever there was recession or downfall, the boost came from human conflicts i.e. wars etc. This seems some wild thought but surely there is something in store. The conflicts always prove a better option to come out of the difficult situation. After all the demand is to be increased and resources to be pumped in for survival. And the survival of the fittest is only mantra in such situation. But this does not mean the time ahead is bad it is going to be a great time to learn and survive.

Friends,
Here are some quotes I recently read:
1. “Two thoughts that decide your attitude in life - one, what you think of yourself when you do not have everything and two, what you think of others when you have everything”
2. “There are two ways to attain the number one position - one, do it more than anyone else and two, do it first and before anyone else does it.”
It is true that the attitude in life is very crucial and it decides the destiny of every one. I believe it is much more important than any thing else and would not hesitate even to say that it creates the fate. All successful or unsuccessful people taste the failure and have face the situation of loosing every thing but they come out of the failure due to this attitude only. It is always said that character is built when you are in valley means the character and behaviour is truly tested when you are at the bottom of failure. That is the place from where one can see the ladders of success and with good attitude he can come out fast. However the success ladder is infinite and it is nowhere ultimate. That is why another quote given by some one was that "success is never final and failure never permanent." One should be more cautious when has every thing and should think good for others.
Now coming to the second quote about the route of success I agree again to this quote and it encourages us that there are two routes to success, though may take same time but still it is good to know.
My analysis to these two great quotes is that attitude decides character and then fate and leads to success and also keeps at success station.

I could not communicate since about a week thru this blog because I had been out of this country. Visited Singapore and it was a very pleasant business trip. I tried to write from there but could not succeed. However now copying some thoughts. Rest I would take further soon.
"Dt. 24th Morning:
Dear Friends
Landed Singapore today at 7am (Local Time) i.e. 4.30 am IST. I can understand why the Singapore Airlines is amongst the best airlines in the world. The 5.30 hrs. flight journey was quite comfortable. This is really a wonderful city country. A very small but highly developed nation with great emphasis on discipline, traffic rules and cleanliness. It changes the whole attitude of the citizen of any country.
The economy of this country is very much liberalised and in last 2 decades it has become business hub for most of the asian countries. Culturally, I would say it is fusion of India and china cultures.
I have come first time to this country and it is great pleasure to see certain roads named on Indians, even a portion of Singapore is called little India. One of the temple here was constructed long back dated 1927. It is really surprising how long is the history of India Singapore relationship. In those days people would be travelling by sea and each journey must be of minimum one month. Doesn’t it mean that we all have to travel always for success and there is no stop. I don’t know any one who is just sitting at a place and growing. Probably travelling is the basic requirement of all of us once we jump into the field of earning.

Today I had to rush to Delhi and after finishing couple of meetings, I returned to airport bit early. And when you are free the mind works over time. Today I had an opportunity to meet one of the director of a large real estate fund based out of USA. The person , handling about 50 bn. USD and operating through out the world, was so simple and down to earth that I was virtually shocked to meet him. The assistants to this guy were calling him by name ( not as sir, like in india). The gentleman had just come from Mumbai at 2am in the morning ,reached to hotel at 3 am and before he slept he was thru with all the mails coming from USA. By the time he went to bed it was 5am and here he was in meeting at 10.30 more fresh than any body else. Top of that he remembered every thing about my proposal. I was so impressed by the hard work of this man at the age of more than 55 yrs. Similarly if we analyse the daily routine of most of the successful persons, it is found that they never complain about the lack of time and they use every minute perfectly. Mr. Anil Ambani is on track by 6am in morning, M. Amitabh Bachchan too by 6am at gym, Shahrukh Khan says for him 4 hrs sleep is more than sufficient. I am sure most of the successful people dont sleep much and also have very stringent time management. All these people are successful and visible in public life. Still they find time for them selves, for society and for family. These people have habit of reading and have great memory. They are highly humble, soft spoken, fresh and disciplined. I never heard them complaining for time unlike we people do. I fail to understand what makes them different from rest of us. Probably they have clear mission of life and what ever they have achieved it is because of consistency and persistent efforts in right direction . We need to really learn from them. I believe the success to these people is not because of luck only. Of course luck is an important factor but in my view, its share is not more than 20%.

When we were kids, as usual parents put us into education. In old days there used to be joint families and many children used to live together. Every parent used to dream that kids get good education, get some good degree and be a successful. Whenever kids get good marks they distribute sweets and feel happy. Then some kids study and some left behind. About 20% get good education and rest fail in between. Now those who got good education are forced to leave the place, find new job, struggle at various locations and by the time they become matured they are almost cut off from their roots. Even they would not be available in need because of distances . Similarly their kids would not be into strong bonding with original roots and gradually cut off from the basic place. Even when such persons who gone out feel loneliness and in need they depend on friends and neighbours.
Where as those who fail in getting good education are put into business and always remain within social set up. No dislocation, no struggle in unknown place, enjoy social ceremonies, functions and build good reputation in society where they hold the flag from the parents. Their kids continue to enjoy the same set up and reputation. And in most cases such people build bigger empire then those left in the search of job. I was just thinking who gets better deal? One who gets good education or the other ones. Sometimes I feel probably failure at the initial level is better than success. I don't know but this seems to be conclusion so far.

Today is Kshamawani Parva and with folded hands I beg kshama for all the mistakes done by me knowingly or unknowingly which may have hurt any of you.

In Jain Shastra it is said that "Kshama Virasya Bhushnam" meaning that forgiveness is the tool of brave people only. I agree it is very easy to say sorry or beg kshama but it is really tough to forgive. As a human being it is easy to say than done. When some unwanted incidence happens, and we hurt some one deeply. We just say sorry, but it does not heal his wounds fully so I believe it really needs brave heart to forgive.

Still I beg kshama from all of you.

Friends,

Since last couple of days I am getting one thought again and again. And here I am trying to share with you. In last 45 years of my life and particularly in last 23 years of professional life , I must have met a large number of people. Sometimes we meet but know about them much in advance and then we say wow what a personality? or we get just mild reaction that ohh this is such a normal guy? The views and expression about a person , his achievements, career, thoughts and all make him unique and inspiring to all of us.

The thought that travelling in my mind is " what makes people so successful and different"? A human body simply 5'8" height +- couple of inches, weight also about 65kgs +-5kgs normal physic, normal age and still much ahead then those with good physique. Just see the personality of Mahatma Gandhi, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Aditya Mittal, L.N.Mittal, Ambanis, Kumar mangalam Birla, Naresh Goyal, Capt. Gopinath, Ruias,or most of the renowned personalities. People say it is their knowledge, attitude, positioning, grooming, education, daring, vision etc., which makes them ahead of any one else. Honestly I fail to understand fully the reason behind this difference. The source of thought was the recent news about Aditya Mittal, CFO LNMittal group addressing 700 senior executives of the group, Anil Mukesh addressing thousands of shareholders in public, Rahul Gandhi addressing lacs of people at a time. Every one wants to be like them but still vast distance .......

I leave it up to you to find out the real factors and share with me plsssss.

Friends'
What is the meaning of simple life? Some people say they live simple life by living in small house, with few clothes and travelling by train or buses (cheaper modes of transport), and with normal vehicles at disposal like two wheelers or cheaper cars (mostly used vehicles) . In general conversation they would always say that they believe in simple life and never go hi fi. They criticise people who live luxury life, travel by flights and roam through out the world. They would also criticise their( rich ones) sense of saving and wastage of money and show offs.
So the question in my mind is what is simple life? Whether the person living life on its own with every comfort at his disposal and have full utilisation of time. He who can go anywhere any time at his choice , available for any crucial issues , donates huge amount to the neediest and visits more temples than any one else.
Or the simple life being lived by ones who plan to go by trains before 60-90 days, always think of saving money instead of earning, criticise the rich people, cant afford luxury cars, servants and all. Those whose family cant demand much at a time and buy one costly thing in a year. Those who always analyse how to save pennies and pressurise family members to plan every expense much in advance. 90% of their time is used in analysis and planning for saving the money. They who use mind for keeping records of various routes and timings of trains and buses , burden themselves with lot of schedule memories .And ultimately transfer their failures to luck.
I do not mean one should not save but I believe one should focus on earning to become rich.
Tell me your views.

They would say 2-3 comments every time like 1) We will contain / remove terrorism; 2) Keep Peace and 3) Government would not tolerate terrorism. What a funny this government is. Can't they reenact stringent laws and specific courts to deal with this. Till when we people of india would suffer in the hands of politicians just for want of their vote banks.
I know this is not the time to blame each other but at least this is also not the time to just have peace. I pray to the god for the peace to the soul of the deceased innocent people, kids and loved ones.

Dear Friends

Today ,I want to share with you about certain ongoing issues . There are three burning issues in my mind today:

1. Tata's has announced to rethink to take away the Car project from West Bengal to some other location.

2. Raj Thackrey and Bal Thackrey have come out heavily on Bachhans.

3. L.N.Mittal in interview today said that the projects in Orissa and Jharkhand are delayed by two years and cost over run is about 50%.

In all the above incidences there is one similarity. Indian politics has gone so low that they don't care really about the people. In Bengal ,Tata had put in every thing but he found himself sandwiched between the various political parties. He had no option and announced to go out. Till he was quiet, every political party was exploiting his project and tried to take more and more mileage from the incidence. Now even Governor is mediating to bring him back. The parties now think their vote bank would get annoyed because of job losses. So they are now singing different tunes. Similarly two projects of LN Mittal group worth Rs. 90000 Crs are delayed due to permissions and approvals from the government. He said it is already costlier by 50% i.e. Rs. 45000 Crs. more. He did not say any thing negative but I could read in between the lines a clear cut warning that if political parties don't change their attitude, he would scrap this project. Again lacs of people, who could find jobs may not get this opportunity. I wish political parties would now run after him to get the projects through. It is not worth mentioning about the reasons of delay in giving approvals and permissions. Now friends third incidence shows that smaller parties are after certain people to get the mileage at any cost. And surprisingly all the parties are quiet. No one wants to loose the vote bank and those suffering are just suffering day by day. I agree Mumbai is the center of entertainment and finance industry. But who are the people making the city so proud? The thekedars should understand that If Amitabh Bachhan announces to go out of mumbai, and industry looks for any other location out of maharashtra, then where these thekedars would go? What feeling outsiders would have in mind? Will any other industry survive with this attitude? Then where these so called marathi gods would go?

It is really painful to see such situation in our country and more painful is that national parties like BJP and Congress are just spectators because they don't want to loose their vote bank. I think we indians require some new political set up with written code of conduct.

Dear Friends
Recently I came across to some situations where the earnings of an uneducated or less educated persons was much higher then those who are professionals or well educated. What are the reasons for this ? Some times people who are either less educated or not professional feel that they do not have good academic degrees and hence remain poor, where as lot many times those with good academic qualifications, people just float but don't become rich. Even parents insist that real mantra of success lies in good educational qualification only. Some times we also feel that those born with silver spoon in mouth can also become rich? But is it true? I have read about the life of many people who are very successful today but they do not possess great academic qualifications nor they born in rich families.
I believe we all just find the excuse of less success or failure either in luck or qualification or the family where we born. May be the real reason lies in our attitude, relationship, focus, hard work and flexibility in behaviour.
Late Shri G.D. Birla (Birla Group), Late Shri Dhirubhai Ambani (Reliance), Shri L.N.MIttal (Arcelor Mittal Group), Mr. Bill Gates (Microsoft), Shri Azim Premji (Wipro), Shri K.N.Singh (DLF), Shri Ravi and Shri Shashi Ruia (Essar), Mr. Subhash Chandra (Zee group), Mr. Naresh Goyal (Jet Airways group) did not held great academic qualifications and still would always remember in the history for their achievements.
Believe me most of these people did not even born in rich families also. It means there is some thing else which is required for success. I do not mean that education is not important, it is very much important but not the only way to success. And thus those (including me) find reasons in some thing else for less success(in luck, degree etc. etc....) are wrong.

Dear Friends
I just finished "The Last Lecture" by Mr. Randy Pausch. It is really a great experience to read this book. I salute the courage and attitude of Randy. One side he knows the death approaching towards him every second and on the other side he is not only facing this truth, going through a huge challenge and also with strong positive attitude telling the world how to live life. He mentioned that he is lucky to have pancreatic cancer because had he been having heart attack or some accident, he would have never get the time to plan his family's life.
It is easy to say then face such situation and rarely any human can have courage to face the uninvited death coming day by day. He has shared his experiences and reading this book tells the harsh truth of life and certainty of death. We all are aware this certainty but no one accept that this is going to happen any time. Randy viewed that live life whatever you have and don't waste time in complaining, criticizing. He mentioned that we should allow our kids to Dream. Certain quote by him, I have mentioned in the "Quote" section.
Fortunately I got another Book "The High Performance Entrepreneur" by Mr. Subroto Bagchi (one of the promoter of Mind Tree Consulting). This Book I read but had to leave incomplete due to some other books in pipe line.

Dear Friends
Recently I have been travelling a lot amidst bad weather and turbulence in the Air. Sometimes it becomes quite tense but anyway, we need to move on always. I was just wondering that how perfect is the technology which makes movement so fast.
Thinking all this Icame accross to one story which narrates that in most of the crucial issues, we depend on some one else whose capabilities we are not aware. Mostly it is Just by hearing we put the faith on them. The story is like this:
"There happened one plane crash and all the passenger died except one monkey who was also travelling in the plane. The black box was also untraceable and hence the investigation was not leading to any conclusion about how it happened. Ultimately, the agencies interrogated the Monkey. They were helped by some veterinary specialist to understand the body language of the monkey. They asked Mr. Monkey what the passengers were doing when the plane crashed? The monkey could not speak human language but he replied by signs and body movements that they were eating some thing. Then they asked what air hostesses and Stuarts were doing? he said again that they were also eating, then what the assistant pilot was doing? he said he was also eating some thing. Then finally they asked what the captain was doing. He again said indicating that he was also eating. Deeply frustrated agencies asked him by the way what you were doing Mr. Monkey? He replied (I mean by way of body signs only), that he was driving the plane."
What a fantastic story. The moral of the story is that we put our life under the control of some one whom we do not know. Does not it happen in every part of the life? In business too we take risks on the basis of assurances by some one else. We rarely check if the person we are depending on would be capable enough?
I request to all the friends to share some event when we put faith on some one without knowing his capability to deliver.

Dear Friends
Today I was hearing interview with Abhinav Bindra, Sole Gold Medalist in Beijing Olympics for our country recently. During the interview, he never boast of his achievements, rather he said he simply played the sport and did not thought of the Medal. For him the win and loose were same except the fact that he was having full focus on the game and trying to give his best. This golden boy mentioned that he did not do any thing so far in last 12 years except the shooting, eating, running and shooting. In his words, it just happen that he won. He took it so lightly and attitude was so positive that this boy of 26 years was talking as if he is 62 years. Marvelous, I liked his approach. When interviewer asked him how much thrilled he was to win the gold, he said "Immediately he got excited and felt as if he has touched the peak of mountain but after two minutes got bored." He said it is sport there is no difference in win or loose. What matters is focus and efforts. We reach to mountain and then find nothing there. We search for anbother mountain but at the same mountain we start getting bore. What an approach. He never said about the time he put in the sport or the sacrifice he made into his daily life. He simply said and I quote "I just played the sport and it was my day so I won. That is it." Means he always put in his best but if he did not win some where it was because it same one else ' day. Great quote. When interviewer asked about the fun in life now after wining he simply said it is gone now. Being a celebrity he would not be leading normal life. There will always be focus on him.
In business and profession also we should adopt the same approach. Why we are in tension for getting some thing or loosing some thing, Forget it. Probably we loose focus and repent defeat. We run here and there , use all the tactics to achieve something and then? If we achieve, after some time start feeling bored, it is ok now what next? And if we loose, we feel as if world is over then and there itself. As we have become redundant. I dont know what it is? It is focus, it is efforts or what? He looses and feels OK it is not my day and feel happy but when we loose, we make up mind to do any thing for the defeat of the competitors.
Really friends we need to learn from this Boy. I salute him. He is really golden boy for the country.

Friends, in our life we have met so many people, many thousand so far, some we know, some we forgot. some are friends, some good friends, some were friends and may be in future they may also be replaced by some new Friends. Certain people were very close friends and that time we never imagined that after some time we would forget them. In this process we have left many people even without knowing them properly. It happens that after some years we recollect, oh this guy, I could not make him one of my friends and missed the bus. Also there are many people who became our friends due to some references and those who referred forgot them. Today they are gone and we enjoying benefits of the relation. This happens more in our professional / business life where the references take you to some people and those who help us to reach them are either forgotten or they are not interested in such people. In most of the cases such persons help us lot in our development.
My point is that certain persons who are successful and important to us are some how with us because of some other people, isn't it possible that we have left so many people in life who could have been very beneficial to us. May be certain friends with whom we lost contact for reasons not known to us even, would have been very useful to us in our person and professional life.
Should not we find out if we came across to some great people but could not visualise their value and hence no relationship ? I believe we should review periodically such issues for our long term mutual benefits.
Every human being has some good qualities and great potential. Probably we may have left out many great personalities whom we met but could not visualise.

I got the priviledge to visit Tirupati and have Balaji's Darshan on sunday.
I wish to share one more good story . "In a small village there was a poor tailor who use to stitch clothes and earn the living. Once in evening time he went to outskirt of the village for some work. He was alone and had to come back soon before dark. While returning he found one shining stone which he could not understand what it was. He brought it to home and thought that this shining stone can be used for light in the night and hence he can do more work and earn more living. He was happy till some one asked him what it is? However his family was bit disturbed because this stone was creating disturbance by way of its light and hence they could not sleep properly. So, he replied that this is light stone he uses for working in night and nothing more than that. The person asked him to sell but the tailor demanded that to sale he would need the price equivalent to an oil lamp and oil for one year. The person agreed and took it away. .....Rest I think any body can understand what it was and what its worth was."
Friends, this story tells that you may be in possession of lot of invaluable diamonds but probably in our eyes it is of very less worth and hence we dont care. Or may be for others it may be disturbing thing which lights in night too and does not allow them sleep. The value of such thing is different for different people, for tailor to earn more by stitch more clothes, for family a disturbing item and for some one else a precious invaluable diamond. Should we find out if there is any precious thing or person or friend who we are discarding just as a disturbing item which in fact may be invaluable?
I would appreciate your comments.

First about the recent comments. I dont know the meaning of BASAL level. May be the commenting friend is true , but yes by doing so, peter cant be happy ever. I request him/her to please eloberate about this level.
I appreciate the comment of one friend mentioning hard work as raw material in the machine of luck. I partly agree to this because "A Successful person does not necessarily work hard, but works smart" and this smartness comes from the proper positioning, focus and consistency.

Friends I want to share another thought today.

Lord Ram was eldest son of Raja Dashrath, had every comforts of life, three mothers and three brothers and everything. He did not have any worries and personally too was a brave warrior and had all the blessings and shastras(ammunition) of Gods. I dont think he was lacking anything, but when the challenges came in his life nothing could work. He lost every thing even his own wife was kidnapped. He was in such a worst situation that forget the army of ayodhya, forget his kingdom, forget his relatives, forget his friends even all the human beings were of no help to get back his wife Sitaji. Ultimately non humans Monkeys, Beers, Eagles etc. came to his rescue. Though his brother Laxman Ji was with him.

Does it mean that when the time is not good, challenges are many then no one would be of any help even your own capabilities, friends, relatives etc. etc.......The history and experience say that in bad time nothing works and if God Ram could not get help from any corner, how we normal human beings can think of ? In good times the God showers you with many things, but in bad times takes away even whatever was possessed. It is Said that "Bhagwan Jab deta hai to Chhapar Faad ke deta hai and Jab leta hai to Zammen se khod ke bhi nikal leta hai".

Friends
Recently I met an old man aged about 70 years. He is very successful businessman raised from a very poor family. This man told me two things:
1. If you are in profession, as I am, then the fees you would charge to your client depends on the depth of your pocket and not on the depth of the client's pocket.
Professionally the charges for a professional assignment differs from professional to professional. Same work is billed differently and hence there is wide difference in the charges. Till now I was in the impression that the fee depends on the depth of the pocket of the client but I was wrong.
So to elaborate further, the old man said that the level of fees depends on the level of your loosing the fee. If you charge higher fee and feel afraid about loosing it, you cant get higher fee, but if you are ready to loose the fee you quoted, then you would get it any how. This makes the level of your fee structure and ultimately the profile of your clients too.
2. This old man further told me that we Indians are blessed with two great Epics in the form of Ramayana and Geeta. These Epics are on the basis of life of Bhagwan Ram and Bhagwan Krishna. In his view, both the gods teach us that in Business one should behave like Lord Krishna (bit diplomatic, shrewed and know all the tactics to get the things done) and in family life like Lord Ram (very loyal, calm and flexible). If reversed it may lead to disaster.
What you say friends?

Friends,

Do you believe in telepathy? In olden times Rishi Munis used to talk through this system to any distance. This method of communication was limited to very few people mainly to renowned rishis. Even they could see also to the person communicating. However in the present times computers, mobiles and video phones are having such capability. But I am talking about the telepathy where no visible instrument is in place and still you talking to your dear ones.

In my opinion this system is in place since ages and yes in present time too. If we wish to talk to our near or dear ones we can do that and probably see also but it needs to have a very high level of focus and concentration which is rarely seen. Just try if you have?

1. About Rabbit Story:
i. Peter and Vera are the hypothetical characters and any resemblance with any one living or dead is just incidental.
ii. I would unfold the story completely but before doing that I wish you all guess and share honestly. So it is better from my side not comment about the relationship of peter and vera, or the outcome of this incident.
2. About my initial comments on 'Jitni chadar utne pao...." : I dont agree to fold the feet. This may be true strategically but not for long.

.....And I killed my Rabbit.

Friends this is another story very much touching I came across.
In a small town there were Peter and Vera became friends. Peter was bit mild and Vera was sharp and intelligent. They dreamt of taking the friendship further by strengthening day by day with honesty and gracefully. The friendship was quite clean so it was nurturing slowly and steady. Gradually they became good friends and then best friends. Later they thought of turning the clean and pure friendship into family friendship and hence named the relationship as brother and sister. The friendship was as pure as brothers and sisters and then told to their families about friendship turned into relationship. But the society did not take it in right perspective and hence the friendship started getting challenges from all the corners.
Meanwhile they named the friendship as a 'Rabbit' who was so cute and lovely but needed to be protected from the world. After lot of hurdles, criticism and challenges one fine day Peter was so disturbed and hurted that he killed his 'Rabbit'. He was left with no other option and so took the rabbit in his lap. The rabbit was too close to him so he thought peter is just loving him. The rabbit put the neck down and suddenly peter stabbed the rabbit. Soon the rabbit started bleeding , looked towards Peter , smiled and died.
Friends the Rabbit knew very well the phase through which he was going since long and hence he was happy that with his death Peter would not get any further challenges. Rabbit understood very well the situation Peter was facing and was happy to sacrifice his life . Next day in the morning Vera could neither find the Rabbit nor Peter and failed to understand what has happened. Only the silence in the atmosphere could tell her the whole incidence and except praying for the Rabbit and Peter she could not do anything. On the other side Peter could only curse to himself that "I killed my beloved Rabbit" . He was so sad and frustrated that did not have courage to face Vera and may never in future too. He lost Rabbit and Vera both, and Vera innocently lost peter and her Rabbit too without her fault. But would Peter be happy now?

In a village there were two boys, Jack and Jill, who were virtually jobless and did not even want to work. Villagers thought of making them busy but all efforts were invain. In the village the drinking water was a big problem and hence the elder people of the village thought that if these two guys bring the water from the pond which was just out side the village but bit far, they will earn money, remain busy and also the villagers would get the essential service at their door. So they offered certain sum per bucket of the water to both the boys. More bucket of water means more money.

Since the terms were quite reasonable, both guys started working every day. Jack used to supply water from 5am to 5pm every day. After very hard working day he used to take rest, entertain with with the family and friends after his work time. Where as Jill thought of some alternate plans, so he used to supply water only from 5am to 2pm. After 2 pm he used to digging a canal on his own. He used to dig the canal till 7 pm or even late some days. He used to work every day and night, But the earnings of Jill were much less than Jack. So Jill used to just watch the Jack's way of living while continue to dig the canal. After 3 years, the Jack not only earned good money but also made some good social status. It continued for another 2 years because every one appreciated Jack for earning more and could not understand what jill was into so they used to think that he is fool. There was vast difference betwen the earnings of Jack and Jill. But after 5 years Jill completed the canal got a very warm opening and announced to supply the water to all villagers at 50% of the price the bucket being supplied earlier. Villagers accepted the offer happily and this made the Jack jobless. For 5 years Jill was humiliated for earning less and onsession with canal. Every one was damn sure that this would not work and Jill is fool. Not only this Jill could not enjoy the life in these 5 years and had o put in lot of efforts. Infact, if this did not work , Jill would have lost every thing because he had already put in his all saving in this canal construction. But friends Jill had a vision where he could see supplying the water 24 hours to the villagers. In only 3 months Jill was much richer than Jack and in next 2 years he became the richest person in the village

Rather Jack was totally frustrated with this development and had no choice except doing job under Jill.

Friends this story I read long back and noticed that when we do something unique or great, it would not be appreciated rather people would term you as fool. Because uniqueness is not visible to every one. But gradually they would start understanding and by the time you are through with your plans, you would be much ahead of the others. People call it smart work where the money not just comes but pours. Just find out yaar where are the opportunities may be with in us only. It is said na "Dusre ki thali mai sabko ghee jyaada nazar aata hai", means we have more ghee but other one is seeing that . We only need to see it properly.

After long holidays of 3 days we have resumed the work today. We in India enjoy more holidays than all the developed nations. When a developing country can not afford to enjoy so much holidays, can we? In my view the holidays need to be restructured so the economy does not suffer much. The holidays generally break the momentum of the work and communication not only during their tenure but also pre and post holidays. For a developing country like us, so much holidays are really required? Probably you can answer better.

Today is Rakshabandhan. This is the most sacred festival of brother and sister relationship. Probably there is no other festival as sacred as this. The feelings it generates amongst all of us so pure and honest that we are ready to do anyhting for our sisters and same is the feeling on other side. We are lucky to have such beautiful occassions in our social system. Alongwith Rakshabandhan today we also worship Shrawan Kumar who was killed by Lord Dashrath when we he was filling water for his blind parents. This is another great story inherited by us from our forefthers. An excellent example of parents service.

Recently had been to a temple where the prasad, coconut and Rice were available for puja. Typically every one was taking it and offering in puja. The thing surprised me was the quality of rice and coconut was not good. INfact it always happens that when we go for buying some thing for puja we ask for the cheapest and inferior quality. We simply demand for normal rice and coconut and insist that "Puja wale dena". And the shopkeeper understands and gives the cheapest not best quality because he is doing this since generations. Friends I want to just share with you that when we offer the cheapest and inferior quality of materials for temple and prasad, how god can give us best quality? Probably we need to change this attitude.

Wish to every one a very happy independence day, a warm and happy Rakshbandhan. Our nation is now 61 year old as an independent free country. Post independence growth is a matter of discussion but anyway today we are one of the noticeable nation in the world.

In last 45 years, I have noticed that kids are getting more pocket money, many fold increase in vehicles on the road, more properties on the land, more factories in industrial estates, huge reserve of foreign currencies, better health care facilities, better communication and other technological advances. Infact in almost every field, our country is at par with developed nations except infrastructure, roads, water management, transportation etc. I am sure it would also be achieved in few years. But will we be able to remove terrorism, corruption, greedyness , negative attitude and habit of pulling others instead of moving ourself?

Rakshabandhan is the begining of festivals in our country and Holi marks the end. In between we celebrate many hindu, muslim, sikh and christian festivals. Let us wish happy to all these festivals.

We struggle for a job initially , then struggle for the promotion, then for better pay packets and one fine day wish to start our own business/profession. Then again struggle for getting work and establishing self, then for more work. Finally you start establishing your self and start getting more work, more money. This makes you more busy day by day means less time for family and self. Ultimately one side you start getting good response in business other side you start loosing your time. This puts a person in catch 22 situation, because he wants every thing without paying price and by the time he starts understanding this situation the price is already paid like a swiping a credit card. Friends would you say?

Do what ever makes you interested->If still very interested then put efforts in to that->Put in some more efforts->A shape of the work you are developing would start developing->More efforts and make it a career->Make it mission->You will find your self at unique position and then golden opportunities would start rising->Grab it and be successful.
Above formula may be bit time consuming but it is sure shot successful.

Recently I happened to travel a lot mainly to Mumbai and Delhi. I noticed that many fellow passengers were busy on mobiles avoiding the repeated announcements for switcing off the mobiles. Typically every one was just conveying directly or indirectly that he is in aeroplane. Same thing happend when the plane landed and people started calling on mobile even before the plane could stop fully. I could not understand this logic. It seems people were more interested in talking about the journey instead of focusing on destination. In my view reaching to a location is more important than the way of reaching. May be every one wanted the world to know about the enhancement in the status of living.

The travelling is a mean to reach at some location for a person physically and can not be the purpose of destination. It really hurt to see the air hostesses requesting every one passenger personally to fasten seat belt, or making the seat straight or switching of the mobiles. I failed to understand, whether we really understand the announcements? Unfortunately most of the passengers were literate and are suppose to understand hindi and english language properly.

Initially I used to go to mumbai by train and every visit used to take two nights and one day and lot of efforts. Despite so much physical strain and time consumption the returns were almost nil and now the things happen automatically. This makes me feel the preence of god. It seems, to get good earnings one need focussed efforts and not the much efforts. The speed of your actions, attitudes, networking of people, relationships are very much crucial to get the work done. People watch you, your movements, your views, your connections and knowledge about the field you are into. Once every thing is positioned properly, the opportunities starts to pouring in and money follows. This does not require much efforts believe me, rather good positioning. I know many friends who continuously put lot of efforts but nothing materialised, but they did not change the track and suddenly found the opportunities pouring in. Just because they positioned them selves at right place, had positive attitude and good relationship. The moment opportunities rose and started flowing they were ready to grab. It is just like a batsman hits a loose ball for six after so many balls ducking or simply hitting with no runs.

Await your views.

Friends let me share with you another story recently I came across with:
There was a rich guy who was having large number of horses in his possession. He used to win the horse race every time. A young man was jeleous of him but was helpless to get a horse better than the rich man. Infact whenever there was a strong and better horse, it was implied to be in the ownership of the rich by any ways. And therefore at every annual event , the prize in race was very high and it further make the rich man richer. The young man thought of various options to win the race but could not win. Finallly he went to an old saint who used to live at the outskirt of that city. The saint told him that it is not the case of better horse rather it is lack of desire to win the race and preset mentality of losing. He told the young man that he would win the race if his horse is made to win. The young man could not understand what saint meant so he wantedv to know how to make the horse win? His horse was bit weak as compared to the rich man. The saint told him to come to him just before the race and he wd make him win the race.
The young man came to the saint just half an hour before the scheduled race. The saint gave him a medicine wrapped in a paper and said you just put inside the back of the horse when the race starts. As soon as the race started, the youngman did the same whatever was told. And then horse started running faster and faster. He ran so fast that the young was declared winner of the horse race and got huge money as a prize. Later he went to the saint and asked him what the medicine made of? The saint replied, it was not medicine, but only a chilli powder. So when you put the powder inside the back of the horse, the horse could not bear it and ran so fast that and won the race. The horse never looked to any of his sides and was totally focussed on running.
Saint told the man that if in life we get the fire from the down, we would run like the horse and win the race. Friends the fire means the "strong Desire" to achieve some thing. I believe that we should also have such a strong desire to achieve whatever we wish. What you say?

There was an old OX with a very poor and fold farmer as his master. Now this Ox became old because of his poor master or the master remained poor because of this old Ox is a different issue of discussion. I would touch that issue later on. So the master was facing lot of challenges to feed this old Ox which was not earnig anything. However due to the emotional attachment both were carrying life somehow. Infact both needed each other for survival. The farmer being an old and poor man was not in the "needed" list of the villagers. One fateful day the OX accidently fell into a dry well. The old man tried his best to take out the OX from well but could not succeed. Finally he approached every villager to help him in taking out the OX from well. No one came to his help. It was about the evening and the old man was sitting on the top of the well praying god to help him. Finally the old man decided to bury the OX as no other alternate was left to him. The old man started throwing mud and stones in the well to bury the OX. One by one the villagers join him and except the old man all the villagers started enjoying the burial of the OX. Infact it became fun for every one to enjoy burying a live old OX. While the villagers were throwing mud and stones on the OX, it was very painful for the OX to face the stones but was helpless. The Ox started bleeding like anything. Meanwhile the OX noticed that more and more stones and mud pouring in the well, he was coming up . This was the miracle which on one side hitting him on head, eyes and body and also lifting him up towards the ground. The OX started taking the stones and mud in right perspective and gradually came out of the well.

You know friends this world is sometimes like this only where you would get the mud and stones but we need to take in right perspective and use such opportunity for our benefit.

Pls join me with your comments and views.

In life we come across to various relationships. Certain relations are gifted alongwith our birth and many relationship we develop during the journey of life. Those gifted alongwith our birth are carried further by us. But there is no choice in such relationship. You have to accept these as it is without any amendment. In fact these relations are generated by default and every one has to accept. And the process of such relationship goes on either by adding new members in family or their marriages and all. We can call such relationship 'by Chance'.

Parelally we also generate relationships by own marriage, schoolling, professional activities, Neighbours and etc. etc. These relationships are made and strengthened knowingly every thing and not default. I would say these relationships are 'by choice' and not by chance.

We as a social human beings take both these kind of relationship further into formal and informal categories . In these categories both relationships are put together and accordingly we behave . Certain 'by chance' relations become too close and certain 'by choice' relations go too far during the course of time. This is mainly done as per convenience, acceptance and various other parameters. It is mainly dependent on mutual acceptance. I am of the view that once both kind of relations are categorised into formal and informal segments, the strength of a person starts reflecting into society.

Friends what are your views about relationship building. Wish to share with me?

Energy of Past Memories

Friends , I wish to share with you one great feeling we come across quite often. This is about the energy hidden into past memories. Whenever , We think or talk about the past it always gives good and exciting feeling despite the fact that when it was present, we were not much excited. Does it mean that whatever be the situation in present (good or bad), it is going to make us laugh, excite in future. If this is so, then cheer up .
What you say?

"Jo likha hai vo hi hoga": Friends you must have heard this quote so many times. Whenever some thing happens, we say yeh hona tha kyunki yehi likha tha. What is this? Do any one knows kya likha hai ? NO one knows but we simply console ourselves with this quote. There are innumerable such quotes in our day to day life. Such quotes are totally confusing in my view. Like another quote that "Samay se pehle and Bhagya se jyaada nahi milta". Now this quote is also bit confusing. If we just struggle and dont achieve we console our selves that "samay se pehle......." But what do we mean by Samay and who knows about this. In my view such quotes restrict you from achieving. We quote simply because we hear but probably we need to analyse all such quotes.
I seek your views on this.
