Friends
First about the recent comments. I dont know the meaning of BASAL level. May be the commenting friend is true , but yes by doing so, peter cant be happy ever. I request him/her to please eloberate about this level.
I appreciate the comment of one friend mentioning hard work as raw material in the machine of luck. I partly agree to this because "A Successful person does not necessarily work hard, but works smart" and this smartness comes from the proper positioning, focus and consistency.
