Friends

Recently finished the book named "OUTLIERS, The Story of Success" by Malcolm Gladwell. It is an unique book in the sense that the assumptions, the analysis for the successful people is totally from different angles. Though this over focus on certain points but still it is worth reading. The book points to the fact that there is some more to a success then whatever is talked about. The creation of opportunity is one which is very crucial too. Then the history of a person, his forefathers, cultural history, their activities also equally important in shaping a successful career. It is really important to know about the past history of a person and past means not 100 yrs only but about 500 yrs back history too. As per the writer all these factors shape a persons' personality. To become an Outlier not only you need to work hard and develop excellence but also lucky enough to find the right opportunity. The book analyses in depth about many outliers and proves the point effectively.

I had been travelling extensively since last 15 days due to various social and professional reasons. Got another book to support me . Let me finish it so I can share my views. I would also request you all to suggest me good books to read. There is lot to talk about various issues mainly related with career, relationship, family, society and all which in next few days shall find the space on this blog.
