Friends
The gap of more than 20 days in writing blog marks the clear cut indication of lazy ness. Past three weeks have witnessed lot of travelling, cold weather and stress to some extent. The activities in finance sector are at its peak due to the year end approaching after a month. The finance market is too tight and most of the sectors are under performing. With shrinking margins and liquidity tightness, the demand of money has arisen suddenly.

In these days we partially got together with Nikita in Bangalore and Hitisha in Ahmedabad. I also did finish a small book "Yes or No" by Spencer Johnson. The book is written by the same author who wrote "Who moved my Cheese". A very useful book written in very short and story format but with full focus on teaching the techniques to use while taking decisions in life. The book is useful guide for better decisions. As per the book while taking decisions we should ask one practical question to head and one personal question to heart. The questions are:
1. Practical Question to Head:
" Am I meeting the real need, informing myself of options, and thinking it through?
2. Personal Question to Heart:
" Does my decisions show I am honest with myself, Trust my intuition, and Deserve better?

The books gives detailed analysis of the above questions and may be very helpful in taking better decisions. Decision taking is much easier after reading such kind of books and also it gives feel of some guilt on certain decision of life which were taken in haste and without giving proper thought before taking some decisions in past.
