Happy Dussehra

Friends
On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, I wish all a Very Happy Dussehra and Pray that all your worries, grief, sufferings and sorrow be burnt with the evil spirit.

We are passing through the festival season these days. More particularly these nine days post Sraddh. Gujarat virtually dance almost till late night doing Garbha. People awake till late night. Today is last day of Navratri and tomorrow is Dussehra. Post this festival, Diwali is approaching and would keep people busy in that.

When we grow professionally, the responsibilities and experience also grow simultaneously. Wile performing the professional duties, we make many people happy and many others unhappy. Those unhappy may turn out to be foes in long run. We need to handle such issues very delicately.

I had dreamt to build a platform which can facilitate the funding activity smoothly, which can give better access to borrowers to right lenders and advisors. Also which can expand the finance market exponentially. My team is putting enormous efforts in making this dream come true and now I am assured this going to happen in very near future. Once it is developed, the traditional method of fund raising may change for the betterment of all. Then people would not have to depend on references to get the funds and also will not feel cheated by wrong advice.

Recently I finished a book "The Law of the Garbage Truck" by David Pollay. A great book about the attitude where neither we spread negativity nor allow others to spread negativity. The book can change the personality completely and lead to better life.

Laziness - Alasya

Friends
" Alasya Kutoh Vidya, Avidhya Kutoh Dhanam!
Adhanam Kutoh Mitram, Amitram kutoh Sukham!!"
I would add here " Asukham kutoh Jeevanam".

This is old sanskrit saying that Laziness is the obstacle for knowledge, Money cant be earned without knowledge, No friends without Money and thus no happiness without friends. I added "No life without happiness".

I presume this saying must be more than 1000 years old . Even in those days, we indians knew the importance of knowledge. In those days too our ancestors knew that Money is important ingredient for friendship or may be social relationships. Also that to be happy in life, we should have friends. Is n't it 100% fact in present days. So what has changed in last couple of thousand years? Have we grown beyond that or at the same level. Probably, we have gone down that level. Still we feel that we have made progress and reached to Moon or Mars. Probable one day we would reach to Sun also, but do you think above saying would change even 1%? I doubt and hence agree that laziness is one of the major cause for failure and dissatisfaction in the life. Another important thing from the above saying is that laziness in the initial years of education affects much more than the later on years and hence the saying about Vidya is more for the young students. I wish we teach them not to be lazy in initial years. It does not mean that laziness during lateral part of life is acceptable. Rather I would say that impact of laziness for earning members can be measured up easily.

UTTAM KSHAMA

Friends
On the auspicious occasion of  Kshama Vani Parva, I seek forgiveness for any of my acts, deeds or words (knowingly or unknowingly) which may hurt any body during the year. MICHHAMI DUKKADAM.
10 days festival of Jains is over now alongwith Ganeshotsav. Now the next festival will be of Navratri for 9 days which would follow the present Shraadh period of 15 days. The festivals are also coinciding with share market bullishness and wish that all the forthcoming festivals would be in good mood for every body.
